brings a similar action alleging de-
sertion.
Louis B. Starkey asks a. divorce
from his wife. Lizzie Starkey. whom
he married in February. 1893 and
who deserted him ten years later.
The same reason is put forth by
Lillian Carr of (Bridgeport in her ac-
tion against her husband Harry I".

the court for a divorce and permis-
