poration, his company is operatingun-

the “assets’ of the corporation among

Jongh admitted that the “assets“ con-
sisted largely of Bacardi rum.

O'Connor, prohibition director. gave
the Bacardi corporation until June 15
to distribute the "assets.“ Mr. de
Jon'gh applied in a recent. letter to Di-
rector O’Connor for an extension to
July 1. 1920. It was granted.
