ticut River Banking Company this
morning. The check was that. given
by Robbins B. Stoeckel. treasurer of
the Connecticut delegation to the Na-
tional Republican Convention. at
Chicago for transportation to and
from that city. Dissatisfaction with
accomodations provided by the rail-
roads through the New. Haven road is
alleged and order to stop payment of
the check was by telegram signed by
Mr. Stoeckelu .
