City Hall this morning.
Denial of repayment will be made by the City of Norwalk,
it is expected, on the ground that no Norwalk saloon keeper or
dealer in intoxicants surrendered his license July Int, 1919, when
‘ the sale cf intoxicating beverages ceased—or at least was supposed
to have been suspended.
As has been stated heretofore, a majority of the liquor deal-
