to secure a divorce. Major Charles A.
Moore of Greenwich appeared before
Judge H. J. Curtis in the Superior
court yesterday afternoon, asking for‘
an order for the custody of his chil-
dren. He is suing his Iwife for di-
vorce on allegations of cruelty. al-
though he told the court he abhor-s
divorce, and that his home at Round
Hill, Greenwich. is still open to her
and the children if they wish to re-
turn. Mrs. Moore is contesting the
action. and also asks for alimony pend-
ing his trial.
