The U. S. Employment Service guar-
antees to find positions for as many
women as will make application at

time; but no surh difllculty exists now,
and there are places for every woman
who applies. Many opportunities are
open for making good wagon, and pro—
vlison is being made in the various
factories for adequate training and
comfortable surroundings for the wo

carried on upon a strictly produotlvo

In emphasizing the need for an in-
crease in the war labor forces, Mr.
Blodgott Niltl yesterday that. great
care must be taken to seqthat the
present police agitations do not result
in a letting: down of energy on the part
’oi industrial workers. and a nhlrking
of responsibility by those who should
volunteer for such service. The war is
jatill on, and may be on for some time.
