Governor James P. Goodrich, of in-
dlana, was seriously and perhaps is-
tally injured in an accident, last
night, 'when his automobile collided
with a street car. The governor was
taken to St. Vincent‘s Hospital. He
sutfered concussion'of the brain, a
slight fracture of the skull. a broken
collarbone. a fracture of the left hip
and several cuts and bruises. He is
only partly conscious.
