lease of attachments and property
liens against the propeny of the. de-
fendants in the case. The release was
sent to Mr. 181911111115 by Attorney Wal-
ter Gordon Men-iii of New York city,
of counsel for d). E. Loewe & Co.
The attachments were placed
against the property of 189 defendants
in the case on September 12,1903.
Some of the attachments wore releas-
ed by the death of defendants until
at the time the release was received
105 pieces of property were under 111-

About twenty attachments were re
lleased yesterday that were held
and about a dozen against Norwalk
defendants.
