William Boardman, Deputy State Con-
troller, yesterday called Frederick Sey-
mour to ..repeat his testimony at the
recent trial of Mr. Burns of how the
offices of Seymour & Seymour. in the

Seymour retold how detectives had
placed a dictagraph in the offices and
had searched desks and taken copies
of communications relative to war con-
