was of the opinion that an appoint-
ment of a committee, was no easy way
out of the diilicuily. but that little
good would be accomplished.
Mr. Osvanagh said. “if the present
board of directors aren't ready to work
and improve the present hospital con-
ditions. then other directors ought to
be put. in who will. 11. is not for a com-
mittoe to outline a policy for lhe
board to follow, but it is up to the
board to outline a policy which u'i-om
mittee can follow.” '
Henry F. Price took the floor at this
point, and stated that some sort of a
