O’CLOCK NOON, SATURDAY, JANUARY 6th, at the Norwalk office of
the Financial Agent (Suite 114) MAHACKEMO HOTEL. The price of this
allotment is $3.00 per share, (par value $10.00 full paid and non-
assessable), and applications will be received and allotted in order until
the above stated amount is subseribed, when the books will close until
further notice.
