ually one pint of milk. Let this come
to a boil, then set over hot water. Add
the fish and eggs, cover. and let stand
for ten minutes before serving.

rose water, beat the eggs very light,
then add sugar and nuts. one-half tea-

Soak the gelatine in cold water and
dissolve in hot water; add to the
chopped or ground ham; when cold
add mustard. cayenne. an the cream
‘beaten' until stiff. Turn into a mold,
previously dipped in cold (water.

The pockets. or pannlers, as one
chooses to call them, are lined with
self material and faced inside so
that they stand well out from the
skirt. The bodice of this costume is
very plain and close fitting, a few
gathers showing only under the bust
where the bodice fits under a wide,
buttoned belt. lieneath is the usual
carefully fitted silk foundation with
feather boned seams to give the
walstlinetrinincsa. The sleeves of
the buff cloth costume are set into
small armlioles outlined with rows
of the silk stitching. and buttons
run up the outer side of the sleeve
to the elbow. Mink fringe trims tho
edge of the sleeve, and there is a
collarette of mink at the throat.
