defendants agreed they would be and
they had to be. sold at a loss.
Lawton originally brought suit
against a titan named .A. V. Mills-
paugli and Deputy Sheriff l1ttdrigan

in the possession of Lester and Wood
and he took a receipt from the two
men that the cars would be in good
oondition when he wanted them.
Lawton got a judgment of $1.406
against )Iillspaugh and Lester and
Wood then got a writ of replevtn in

that they belonged to them and not
to Millspaugh. The replevin action
was against the deputy sheriff and the
latter won. When he took the cars
