members and friends of the Cyma Club
on the "Armenian Massacree." Mr.
Stapleton vividly portrayed the hor-
rore of Turkish cruelty towards these
people, and emphasized the fact that
the massacres were done under gov-
ernment orders from Constantinople,
as the Turks of Eneroom were well
disposed towards the Armeniansf so
much that he was able to plead with
the Russian general, when the {city
was occupied by the Russians, for the
lives of the Turkish people, with the
result that the civil population was in
no way molested. not even by the Ar-
menians returning with the Russian
army. Hany questions were asked
and clearly answered.
The first round of the pool tourna-
