Orange Blane-Mange.

Mix together thoroughly one half
cupful of sugar. pittch of salt. one
third cupful of sifted flour, and stir
into one pint of hot milk. Cook, stir—

and a tablespoonful of orange-juice.

Remove the crusts from a loaf of
cold light bread, with a sharp knife,
then cut into slices about half an inch
thick. and make these into small
squares, remove the center from each.
