The first question is:

The cause of the street lights being
out of service for the period mention-
ed was that a short circuit burned out
the entire lamp circurt twice. The
second burn out used up the reserve
stock of lamps, and it was impossible

hardship if you receive fair value for

tion. and you can never receive it fair
70c out of every dollar to pay for your
living expenses. So much for Judge
Walsh's opinion.
