A large gathering of Naval Militia-
men and their guests enjoyed the an-
' nual Christmas dinner of the organiza-
tion. last evening, as guests of the
Fifth Division, Naval Militia. of Nor.
walk. The affair was' held in the
headquarters in the Norwalk Armory,
which had beenaespecflially decorated
for the occasion with dogs, signals,‘
and other emblems of the life of a
sailor.
The menu consisted of a full course
turkey dinner, finely prepared and
well served under the direction of
Councilman George D. Russell, of the
Hotel Norwalk. The viands were pro-
nounced to be excellent in every way,
and this was conclusively proven from
