pital two hours after he had been
taken there for the purpose of having
an operation performed.
Deceased was taken ill two days

the hospital and at 11 he died before
the operation could be performed. He
had been suffering from intestinal
disorders.
Mr. Tibbals, besides dervlnggunder
Sherift Vollmer. was selectman for a
number of terms and also served as
justice of the peace. He was a Dem-
ocrat in politics.
Mr. 'l‘ibbals was 66 years of age and
was a native of Milford. He resided
