The plaintiff alleges that the notes
have not been paid. And $8.000 dam-
ages are. claimed from Mr. Mayo elth-s
war as individual or as trustee, which-
ever the court may find.
ln connection with this matter Dep-
uty Sheriff John W. IHutt has served
the papers in attachment tor $10,000.

ed Mayo's 120 shares in the Mayo Rit-
ditttor company. and all his earnlng
and profits from that concern. It is'
also set up that notice of the suit has
