the Second Ward on Tuesday evening. We commend it for every

"Our municipal campaign is now two weeks old. During these
two weeks I have declared my position in the contest in terms so
definite that no one who reads the newspapers or has heard ' ms

you gentlemen here this evening by any, reiteration of what has
