ily dispute of~ some kind. Some years
back there was a considerable
amount of litigation connected with
the name. The files of the court
show that's. suit was entered by the
father, Elbert lN. Sipperly Iagainst
the son, Elbert Nash Sipperiy. it is
still on the docket. Other cases be-
fore that have .been disposed of one
way or another.
Now another suit has been return-
ed with -tbe father plaintiff and the
son defendant. The claims in it are
out; of the ordinary, with the dam-
