collected the tax from their wives.
The two women. being more or less
ignorant about such proceedings. gave
{Dauchy the money, and got receipts.
Dauchy not entering the collections of
the taxes on record in the Ten Hall,
the dogs belonging to the Italians had
not licenses and a complaint was
made which resulted in Green'scoing
over to investigate. It seems that its-

the same predicament. but be‘wu not
arrested. The other two Italians and
Dauchy were in court Monday-night.
The two Springdale men were dis-
charged. and Dauchy was held in $25
bail to appear next Monday at 7 p. 111.3
