nists employed by the Farrel Found-
ry and Machine Company, who last
night voted to strike if the company
did not grant increases in wages and
the 48 hour week, were at work today
as usual. No immediate action by the

creases in wages, the amounts varying
according to the classification of em-
ployca, but has given no answer on
the request for the 8-hour day which
