cislist party, and condemns the efforts
of‘ that organization to disrupt the
principles for which the union labor-

Directing his attack against the pam-
phlet concerning the eight hour day
Mr. Gompers says in part:

ist party is a series of efforts to subor-
dinate the trade union movement to its
own party politics or to destroy what
it could not control.”
