concluded a meeting here at which
they rejected the alter of the state of

memorial. The board decided not to
accept the offer because of the many
projects to which the society is al-
ready pledged involving a large finan-

for retired Methodist ministers, their
widows and orphans were outlined at

The pension plan includes the estab-
lishing of a retiring annuity based on
the years of service given by the min-
ister and the providing of such addi-'
