Mr. Wilbur lives In Holyo ,lan. On
November 8. 1918, he made a list of
the property purporting to be own-
ed by him. and subject to taxation in
Newington on October 1. 1814, and
mailed the same to the assessors ot
the town. The list so made out, hw-
ever, was not a list of the property
he owned in Newington, hut-allot 0!
property he owned In Waterbury.
The assessors of Newlngtoc, did not
discover the mistake, he use, but put -
the real estate described by him in
illegrnnd list, for the year 1013. at
3114.638, and completed the stand
