With Cheese.
Butter a flat earthen dish and
sprinkle the bottom with tine bread-
crumbs. Break the eggs on this and
over them sprinkle grated cheese, salt
and pepper, bits of butter and a few
tnhlespoontuls of cream. Put the dish
in the oven and leave it until the eggs
are just set. Serve at once.
Stuffed and Baked.
