It is proposed.to change the multi-

sued by State Headquarters. and
make. it a small printed. weekly odi-
tion If n. sumcient subscription list
can be guaranteed. the bulletin can
be considerably enlarged, and a much
larger number sent out than at pre-
sent time. itith only a very slight
increase in the expense. A number
