Boys’ Suits.
The trial yesterday included the re-
calling of several witnesses to testi-
fy regarding points in the testimony
of Leno. 'l‘oszi. the women with whom
David boarded prior to the shooting.
on December 6, 1913. I
Her story was that there had been!
an argument between Alley and David
on Thanksgiving Day and that the
quarrel was broken up by relatives
and boarders in the house, but that

stayed away from the house.
She testified that Alley stood with
one foot on the top landing of the
stairs when the shooting occurred and
that David was in the bathroom .

Solomon David. the accused, took
‘years old and had been born in Syria.
He came to this country in 1903
and settled in Danbury, but was in
business for a time in Norwalk.
He said that he boarded with the

and that he had promised to marry
her. He had known Joe Alley since
childhood.
