portant suit involving the sharp dis-
pute which Occnred some months ago
in the management and control of
the American Tube and Stamping Co.
has just been returned to the Super-
ior court.
The plaintiff is fonds!- Presldent A
thmot, who is the principal plain-
tiff, and with him are members of
' his family who onm 2,481 shares of
preferred stock and in share of com-
mon stock, and other stockholders
who may feel agrieved over exist-
ing conditions. as it is claimed. Wal-
ter schudts of Hartford, who repre-
sent; 208 shares. is counsel.
The defendants are Charles San-
Wheeler and Percy S. Hill of Bridge-
port: Henry H. McHaug, Walton E:
Fergtison, Alfred W Date!- and
1Schuyler Merrit of Stamford, and
Henry K. Pomery and Ellwood Hen-
dricks of New York.
The mplaint seeks- to
