While the baseball public is heart-
ily pleased with the outcome of the
baseball war, such action outside ﬁle
field of sport has tended to decrease
the interest in the great American
game. The fans expend their coin
to see ball games and not to hear tor-
rents of tnterfactiolial disputes or to
withhold a desire to see a favorite
player while his case is being tried
out in the courts. The fans spend
their money to see ball games. and
when financial greed and dogipihe.
