day evening, Mrs. F. McLaren was.
attacked by a dog belonging to Mrs
White. The dog Jumped at Mrs. Mc-
Luna and hit her live times. Mrs.
McLsren was rushed to one of the
local doctors for treatment. This
morning Mrs: White took the dog
’away in her automobile and disposed
of him. The extent of Mrs McLaren's
injuries were: Two bites on each-limb
and one bite on her, right arm. , '

was a day of changes in camp for tileI

camp, fatter and happier than before
they came. in spite of the hard work“.

It was a stiff one and at 8:30 o'clock
last night the men went out attér them,
and found them digging around the‘
rock on the mountain side, two miles
from camp, searching for. the elusive
bits of red paper. They would have
been at it yet had they not been called
in The rough house business of a
first night in camp was 1"eiy properly
done, last night. but after today' s work
they will probably stand without hitch-
ing tonight.

One of the best endorsements at-
testing to the popularity of the camp'
came through the fact that five boys of
Troop 3‘ walked five miles to the, tepi-
ley line and five miles back again in
order to get some clean clothes, so
that they might stay In camp for a sec-
ond term. The five boys who made
that ten'mile bike are Wallace Smith.
