ed by Harry Kolodny was again trans-
ferred to another owner by sale last
night, the deal coming as a result of
the suicide discovered yesterday at.

chaser is Simon Lonice, a cousin of
Harry Kolodny. and a man who has
.been in the same kind of business for

Mr. Lauice had intended to retire
from «business and sold out‘ his busi
ness in Upper Montclair, N. .i. only
five weeks ago. He accompanied

it but never dreamed he would he-
come its owner. Mr. Lanice is a man
of unassuming manners and 3K very
pleasing personality, and these traits
alone ashore success and are deserv-
