Firemen In Line.
The fire companies all turned out
in the parade and they too made a fine
snowing. Later'lthey kept open house
and were visited throughout the eve-
ningii by people inspecting the rooms
and having refreshments.
The city had never seen so many
visitors. Though the advertisement of
the carnival was broadcast people
swarmed in 4mm all over the stale
and New York. Even those from
New York city without doubt have
never seen suolnls carnival before with
everyone happy and care free as they
were last evening. All people's worries1
were set aside and nothing but a good
time was thought of and had.
The prizes wore those worth txying
Ifor, both for the ladies and men. The‘
pulses were beautiful and costly ones.
Credit is given to the buyers of the;

The carnival was given to adver—‘
