Mrs. Ellen Carroll, widow oi Pat-

fifty. years a well known resident of
Winsted. died at her home In Oak
street, Winsted, last evening at 6:30
o'clock. Mrs. Carroll was 79 years old.

pavement In Washington. Water and
Raymond streets, which has been re-
