Charles 'F. Green died yesterday
morning at his home 1,364 Dean street,
Brooklyn. He leaves a wife \Amanda
Cunningham Green, and a brother'
James C. Green. of South Norwalk.
The deceased was a sister-iIblaw of
Miss Mary Cunningham, of Elmwood
avenue. The funeral will be held from
his late home on Sunday afternoon at?
5 o'clock and the remains will he,
brought here at eleven o'clock on Mon-‘
day morning for interment. l

The case is one that was fast becomv
ing a disgrace to the community and
the energetic prosecutor and the po-
lice deserve great credit in breaking
it up, and Judge Tammany deserves
credit for his disposition of the pris-
oners
children living in Sampled, in the bid

Kutchm‘oros. Whose husband commit-
ted suicide by cutting his throat with
a razor some seven years ago.

term of the Supcilor court. 'Under the

warning. They continued to residues
