Mr. Wade is the successor of G. in.
Conroy, who resigned his position sev-
eral months ago in order to take up a

vana Railways and Light Company of
Havana, Cuba.
When the United Electric Light and
Water Company was apprised of Mr.
Caifrey’s retirement, a thorough
