or Rose Bunnie, a young woman

Bridgeport, was shot to death last
night near the Putney cemetery, sev-
eral miles from here, by members

a party of five men, said to be from
New York, but who have been living
in Bridgeport for the last few days.
Three of the men have been arrest-
ed, but the police have so far been

increase its capital stock by 25,000
shares which will be sold to the pres

$10 a share. The company has been
paying on the stock dividends oi 10‘
per cent. for many years and one year
when back dividends were paid in a
lump the stockholders get a very much
larger dividend.
The stock is to be issued at once
and it is stated that the proceeds wlliA
be used for the further development otA

company is incorporated under the
laws of Maine and is authorized to is-I

and when the new stock is sold it will
bring the capitalisation of the com-
