The South Norwalk Board of Coun-
cilmen: ended their most sucscessful
and unusually busy year last evening
by adopting three measures, which
alone will stand it. monument to their
good judgment and will work to the
great benefit of the people of this
city. _
The first was that of accepting the
report of the committee of freehold-
era appointed to lay out Bayvlew ave-
nue and assess hen-elite and damages
on the directed property. This im-
provement has been in the works for
* years but never reached a stage which
even bordered on action.
