Danbury prisoners who come down

peal either to the common pious or
the superior courts, will not get very

ter of having their sentences cut. The
Danbury jail is a hold over station for
prisoners from the Dnnbury police
court to the county jail in Bridgeport,
and as a. holding station or house of
detention, there is no work shop’ there,
and consequently it is looked upon by
the enlightened Willie Wenries, as 11
home or rest and recuperation. The
police and the city court Officials in
Dunbury huve been suspicious for
some time that Some or the Dunbury

mcnt at times to break into his shel-
ter of complete rest and repose at the
expense of the countv. Piosecutlng
Attorney Norman C. Beers called the
attention of Judge J. F. Walsh to this
