sorting out the bills.

bills were all there in proper file but
not in numerical order.
Mr. Rider stated that the district
had borrowed $1,000, no account of
which appeared in the printed reportu
Mr. Twornlbly held that the absence
of this item was due to the way the
Clerk Thompson stated that the
books were kept exactly in the same
way as they were last year and that.
