One of the biggest and best obser-
tvances of Memorial Day ever held in
The Norwalks was that of yesterday,
when the Grand Army of the Republic,
with many other organizations, parad-
ed through the principal streets of
the town, meeting at the Norwnlk Ar—
mory, where a mass meeting was held

The South Norwalk parade, schedul-
ed to start .at 9:40 o'clock, was just
one minute late, establishing a record
that did credit to the commandants of
