city tax of nine (9) mills on the dol-
lar, laid on the assessment list of 1911,
by the Board of Estimate and Taxa-
tion, will be due and payable on the
first day of May, I912, at which time I
will receive the same at my office.

Penalty at the rate of nine (9) per
cent. a year from May 1. 1919, will be
charged on all bills remaining unpaid
