has confirmed the fears of soldiers
at Fort H. G. Wright that there was
a drowning acident off the north;
shore of the island Wednesday night.

Had Several Novel Features
Already noted for its originality,
the Nutmeg Club scored another suc-
cess last evening, at their annual
spring,dsnce, when they presented
the Kismet Dance. the idea taken
from the play Kismet now being pro-
duced in New York city. The large
number present were delighted with
the number on the second half of the
program and are talking about it to
their friends today.
The dance was held in the Town
Assembly Hall. and this place the
boys had decorated in a simple and
