a large attendance at the Superior
court yesterday morning when- the
case of Dominick Connors against Pat-
rick H. Connoliey and the local Hut
Makers' association tor 35,000 for dam-
ages was begun before Judge Ralph
Wheeler of the Superior Court.
Considerable progress was made up
