couple departed at an early hour for
a short wedding trip, after which they
wil take up their residence in Nor-
walk.
Both young people are popular and
the news is received with pleasurable
surprise by their many friends. Mr.
Layden is employed as a plumber for
the Jones & Hotchltlss company in
\‘orwaik. They have the best wishes
of all their friends and acquaintances
for a happy wedded life.
The bride was charmingly gowned
‘ in a blue traveling suit with a black
hat. Miss Mamie Hickey was bride-
'mald and was prettily attired in tan
and with hat to match. David Gslliguu
was best man. ,
Mr. and Mrs. lmyden left for a short
wedding trip to Greenpoint, Long Is
land. On their return they will reside
on Chestnut street.
Mr. and Mrs. Layden have a host of
friends in Norwnlit who learn of their
marriage with surprise.
