provisions contained therein which
were not satisfactory to him. Mr. Men
Melton eluted that unless the city pro-
vided tor the removal of a maple
tree on the west side or the street, on-
posite the Quittnor property and the
removal of another tree on the oppo-
site. side, which now stands on the
proposed library property, he could
not more. the house to Spring street
on he desired. He also stated emphat-
iouiiy that unless he could remove the
house. he ‘worild not sell the property
to the city.
