general benefit to be derived by
the city by reason of this im-
provement but the direct hcncfit
of the abutting properties.

strange, to say the least, that no
official information has been giv-
en the votcis of what a vote on
this preposition really means?
They are simply offered a yes and
no proposition, but the actual
purport and effect of a yes you-
