Attorney Joseph R. Taylor, of South
Norwaih. caused some excitement in
the Norwulk half of the town court this
morning when he raised a question no

diction to try the case of Vincentblol-
bu, charged with assault on Emil Kur-
el. lie made a motion for a poutpono-
