known banker of Norwaik, Conn, died
at the General Hospital here this mor~
plug, from a fractured skull.

and Mr. Green. who did not realise
how near he stood to the express
trucks. failed to draw back for enough.
The locomotive struck him and he was
hurled to the platform. His wife and

been taken by the judiciary committee
this year was that of Wednesday eve-
ning when the committee voted to re
more the $5,000 limit for damages in
case of death. The committee also do

consider the question of dependency
it is expected that this report will be
in shape for action by the legislature
